Hi there, my name is Kelsie. I came in as a teeny-weeny stray, scared and hungry from being in the outside world. I was lucky enough to be discovered by a caring member of public who brought me into the RSPCA, where I received medical treatment and lots of love. I was too small to stay in shelter so went to a foster home. I was so scared, I did not know what was going on but after receiving lots of yummy food and a warm place to sleep safely and peacefully, I began to feel more confident. I was given lots of time and space and allowed to grow at my own pace. Now I am settled and ready to find my forever home. My forever home must be understanding of my fearful background and not force interaction on me, as this will just make me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I am looking for a patient and loving home where I can settle into a routine and allowed to adjust to the new environment and family on my terms. Keep in mind, moving will present new smells and sounds that I am unfamiliar with so it may take a little while for me to feel safe and comfortable. Also, I was in foster care for most of my short life, therefore I have no street smarts and would not do well outside so please keep me safe indoors at all times. I am longing to find a stable environment to settle into so if you are the right fit for a sweet innocent soul like me, please reach out for a meet and greet. I promise unconditional love and lifelong companionship.
