I'm a beautiful Amazon parrot with a bright personality that's just waiting to shine. I'm still a little nervous with people, so I'd appreciate a home with a patient family that will let me build confidence at my own pace. The good news is that I respond really well to training, and I enjoy learning new things! With positive reinforcement and consistency, and of course some yummy treats, I'm sure to prosper!
I'll thrive in a home that can provide me with lots of opportunities to learn and explore through ongoing training, enrichment, and activities to keep my body and mind active! As a larger parrot I need a family that understands and respects my size, because of this I would do best in a home with kids 6+, ensuring that all interactions are supervised and everyone can interact with me in a safe and calm manner.
