Hi there, I’m Pesto, a tiny bundle of curiosity with a soft coat and a heart that hums with hope. I’m a little under two months old, which means I’ve got a dozen questions for every new face and a big wag for every friendly hello. My nose is forever on the move, tasting new scents and taking the world in with a hopeful sniff. I love curling up in a sunbeam and dreaming about what it feels like to belong somewhere warm, safe, and brimming with kind people. Who I am: Other dogs are some of my favorite people—sniffing, sharing space, and a little zoomie after a good hello makes my tail sweep the air. I’m curious, gentle, and ready to learn. I crave daily opportunities to expand my world—little discoveries, new places, and friendly faces to practice with. I’m naturally well-adapted, taking changes in stride with a wag and a hopeful tilt of the head. I don’t have any known concerns with children, and I’m happiest when there’s a calm rhythm and gentle guidance to follow. The kind of home that would suit me best is one with a steady pace, where daily chances to learn and grow are part of the everyday. I don’t have any special fencing needs and I’m happy indoors or out, as long as I have a soft spot to nap in when I pause. I seem dog-social and I’m drawn to the company of other dogs; I don’t bring any known issues with other pets.
