I need daily opportunities to learn about life—puppy training, manners, and play with other dogs. I’m dog-social and enjoy making friends here at the shelter. I'm learning my basic skills with the help of the staff but it's no place like a loving home with people I can call my own. My home should have someone who works average hours, because I thrive on daily routine and companionship. I must have secure outdoor access—an enclosed backyard or enclosure attached to the home—to burn off energy safely. I get along with other pets and have no known issues with them.
