Little bit about Charlie

Hello, I’m Charlie. I’m 8 years young, a Miniature Poodle x Maltese, and I’m best described as a cheeky little companion with a big heart and a love for company.

I really enjoy people and being part of daily life—whether that’s relaxing indoors or pottering about outside in a secure, solid-fenced yard. I like to be included and feel happiest when I’m close to my humans.

I’m social with other dogs and would enjoy a canine friend in my new home. Ideally, they’d be similar in size and energy—friendly, steady, and able to enjoy my social nature. I can be quite enthusiastic when meeting new dogs, so calm introductions and gentle guidance help me show my best self.

I’m best suited to children aged 12+ who enjoy a friendly companion and understand when I need a quiet moment to settle.

I’d love a home where someone is around most of the time, as I really value companionship and feel more confident when I’m part of the daily routine. I enjoy both indoor comfort and safe outdoor time.

My history with other animals is unknown, so slow, careful introductions will be important.
