Meet Max
Max is a gentle little boy who likes to take life at his own pace. While he is naturally timid and cautious in new situations, beneath that shy exterior is a very curious kitten who wants to know what you're up to and be part of the world around him.
Max may seem conflicted about interaction at times. He does best with a consent-based approach to handling—allowing him to choose when and how he engages.
As he settles in, you may notice him cautiously approaching for a sniff, offering a sweet head bunt into your hand, then retreating again to process the interaction. These moments are Max's way of building trust and confidence. Play also helps to grow Max's confidence. Through play, his curious personality really shines.
Max will need a safe space where he can decompress while settling into his new home. A cosy cat cave or covered bed is essential, giving him somewhere secure to rest, observe, and recharge when things feel overwhelming.
